Contract Execution Deviation (%)

Percentage deviation between actual executed value and the initial contracted amount (last 12 months). Negative values indicate under-execution (common with framework agreements or capped service contracts). Positive values indicate cost overruns. Values near zero indicate contracts were executed as planned.
