What are REN and RAN?
REN (National Ecological Reserve) and RAN (National Agricultural Reserve) are regimes that restrict land use to protect ecological and agricultural value. We show whether and to what extent the plot is covered.
How do I know if it's in a fire-risk zone?
Foral Terra cross-references fire hazard and the area's history with the plot's location, showing the risk level and the data source.
Is the data official?

Where does the terrain information (elevation and slope) come from?
Elevation, slope and aspect come from the Copernicus DEM GLO-30 digital elevation model (open data, ~30 m resolution), processed by Foral Terra. Terrain is read at the point you mark on the map; the "usable area" estimate samples multiple points inside the cadastral parcel; other constraints use a 50 m proximity ring. It's an indicative terrain reading — a topographic survey remains the reference for design work.
