In brief: This minutes document the ordinary meeting of the Guimarães City Council on 28 September 2026. They include unanimous approval of the previous minutes, a vote of praise for the Banda da Sociedade Musical de Pevidém, and numerous allocations of financial support to parishes, associations, housing, education and youth projects, as well as ratifications of bus covenants and support to student and social activities.
