Three ways for your software and your AI to use Foral's data and agents. The Data API and the Foral Data MCP are part of Premium; company agents publish their own MCP and A2A endpoints.
Data API (REST)
For developers and data teams
JSON over HTTPS: public procurement (Portal BASE), municipal signals, municipalities, your alerts and indicators. Key authentication, cursor pagination, OpenAPI 3.1.
MCP
For AI assistants: Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT

Foral Data MCP: same key and quota as the Data API. Company agents have their own MCP server.
A2A
For Premium accounts and their AI agents
Foral Data A2A: your AI agent calls the Data API as typed A2A 1.0 skills — public procurement, signals, municipalities — with the same key and quota. Company agents speak A2A too.
