What you can retrieve
Public procurement
Contracts, notices and amendments from Portal BASE, buyers and suppliers by NIF, aggregates with example contracts as citations, and coverage per municipality.
Indicators
A catalogue in preview: a curated subset of municipal indicators, with historical series per municipality, a national snapshot with percentiles, and aggregate statistics.
Municipalities
Directory of Portuguese municipalities — DICOFRE code, district and NUTS — plus the latest value of every indicator for a given municipality.
Municipal signals
Signals detected in municipal documents (procurement, planning, licensing and more), with evidence, source and dates, plus the cases that group several signals over time.
Alerts
Your own alert rules and the matches found for them, including the AI judge's reasoning. Domain included in Premium.
Key-based authentication (Bearer sk_live_…), cursor pagination, and per-minute rate limits plus a monthly quota set by your plan. Errors are problem+json documents with a stable type URI.
